Windmill Farms Golden Retrievers LLC. 2025 Photo Contest 

Thank you for 20 amazing years! 

Who is eligible to enter and can I enter multiple times?
  • Golden Retriever photo submission must be acquired directly from WM Farms Golden Retrievers LLC, any time since 2005 - 2025.
  • Golden Retriever must have the AKC registered name of WM Farms.....
  • ​Up to 5 photo submissions allowed. Less than 4 MB files. ​
  • ​.jpeg format preferred
How long is the contest?
  • January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
  • An independent panel, including a professional wildlife photographer, will review the submissions and determine a winner. 
  • Winner determined by January 15, 2026.
  • Winners will be notified via email or phone. 
Prizes:
  • Grand Prize - Large, collapsible, Rock Creek Crate. 
  • Shipped free to any of the 48 contiguous United States.
  • 14 runner up prizes including WM Farms logo'ed insulated thermos and hand crafted pens. 
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
  • The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
  • Violators will be removed from the contest. 
  • Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
  • Entries will be judged by the WM Farms panel. All decisions are final. WM Farms Golden Retrievers LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
  • By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be shared by the WM Farms Golden Retrievers LLC for social media publishing purposes.
  • Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
  • The prize must be collected or shipped to the winner and is nontransferable.
  • The winner will be contacted via the email address or cell # provided during entry. If no response is received after 7 business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
  • The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
